This SL is in exceptional condition both inside and out.  The previous owner purchased this vehicle from the local Mercedes dealer here in the Dallas area in early 2008.  It has recently been serviced with no expense spared to detail.  The Michelin tires are in great shape with approximately 85-90% tread-life remaining.  The exterior/paint is original and this SL appears to have been garage kept since new.  There is NO paint fading which was one of the improvements made starting in ’86 when MBZ went to a “modern paint system designed to improve protection from rust”.  There is no damage; however, one can expect minor blemishes due to the age.  The only notable blemishes are two small scratches from when the hard top was removed at some point and is hardly visible but worth mentioning on a car of this caliber (maybe 1” long on each side).  One of the chrome wheels has some peeling which can be easily fixed.  The interior of this non-smoker SL is truly amazing and definitely shows the previous owners attention to detail.  The leather seats, door panels, carpets, dash and wood trim are all “like new” considering this is 22 year old vehicle.  Most R107 models have cracks in the wood or wear on the seats/leather steering wheel whereas this one is incredibly well preserved.  (See Photo Gallery)  There are various services stamped in the maintenance booklet and more information on the Carfax report pertaining to service.  Complete with all keys, books/manuals, wind screen, floor mats, etc.  We always welcome pre-purchase inspections by an independent party or in person.  For more information or questions call Curtis at (972)768-2691 or email Curtis@ecarlink.com.  Priced to sell only $15,850.
